This Japanese Temple Lantern "931" is made out of Cherry, a premium American Hardwood. This batch of Cherry Wood was chosen for it's local Ohio River Valley (Southern Ohio) origin. Choosing local reduces emissions and our carbon footprint. The Lantern features a hand-rubbed varnish finish and an authentic Japanese Temple-style 3-rib roof.
The windows of this lantern feature traditional Shoji Rice Paper. (Please check our Etsy Shop for our Stained Glass window Lanterns)
All of our Japanese Temple Lanterns include 1 Display light bulb, and work with any 40 watt Compact Florescent Light (CFL) bulb, or LED light bulb.
The on/off power switch is located on the 7-foot electrical cord.
